Hi everyone! Happy (Belated) Thanksgiving to those in the US, or those who celebrate it!

On Saturday, September 28th, I got the oppourtunity to cook dinner for my exchange friends again! I made vegtable noodle soup and bread bowls!

We planned to walk to a nice park and have a picnic, but due to the weather and surprise rain, we ended up standing inside of a bookstore keeping warm while we stared out at the rain debating on what to do. After a while, we decided to take the train to a large mall next to Stockholm City and ended up sitting in a public area with a bunch of desks/tables.

Getting to that spogt was definately chaotic, but once everyone was sat down, and were served food, it was lots of fun.

I sadly don't have many photos from the outing besides us walking through the rain, but I guarentee something like this will happen again in the future, especially since winter is coming soon!

This was a super short post, but a very heart-warming story that shows how we all really are just kids figuring life out!

New Swedish words & phrases I've learned:

  • Altanen - The Patio

  • Snälla - Please

  • Tycker om - Like

  • Eller hur? - Right?

  • Död - Dead

  • Plattan - Platform

  • Plats - Place

  • Smink - Makeup

  • Lop Market - Farmers/Flea Market

  • Höger - RIght (Direction)

Talk soon!

Älskar dig!
